The Dining Hall

The Dining Hall, located in the Campus Life Center, offers an array of options in an all-you-care-to eat format. Join us for a tantalizing meal with your friends and enjoy our monthly specials. [ Menu ]

Innovations - Meals are prepared “Just in Time” right before your eyes! A chef individually prepares items such as stir-fry, sizzling salads, fajitas and more.

The Grill - The grill serves casual grill favorites such as hamburgers, grill special and grilled cheese sandwiches.

The Deli - Enjoy mouth-watering sandwiches from traditional deli items and a variety of breads.

Finishing Touches - Top-off your meal with an assortment of fresh baked cookies, chocolate cake, and a whole lot more. Remember, stressed spelled backwards is desserts, and nothing turns a hard day around faster than a treat from our dessert showcase.

Center of the Plate Entree
Soul warming, stick-to-your ribs cooking such as macaroni and cheese, lasagna and fried chicken served with a creative and gourmet flair.

Pizza - Classic favorites, such as hand-tossed pizzas, served hot out of the oven.

Salad Bar - Our salad bar is hearty enough to make it a meal with an assortment of crisp greens, crunchy vegetables, seasonal fresh fruit, and savory dressings.

Mochapelli's & The Food Court

Mochapelli's
Mochapelli's, located in the Smith Building, specializes in Specialty Coffee Drinks, Bakery Treats, and our exciting Café Fresca program. Fresca means fresh in Spanish, and that's what Café Fresca is all about. Only have time to eat & run, you say? Here you can select a variety of fresh pre-packaged sandwiches and salads.

Designed as an on-the-go meal, you'll enjoy fresh gourmet sandwiches made daily including wraps, side salads, large chef salads, chicken salads, fresh fruit and humus.

Monday - Friday	7:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

The Food Court
The Food Court, which is located in the Campus Life Center, features Sub Connection and Orville & Wilbur's Wings Just Right. Sub Connection is the place to go for fresh-made sub sandwiches made-to-order, and Orville & Wilbur's Wings Just Right is an on-the-go chicken shack, perfect for grabbing a quick bite to eat.

The Food Court will also serve beverages, pre-packaged salads, sandwiches, and side dishes. As an added convenience, students participating in a meal plan can trade a meal in the Dining Hall for a price equivalent meal at the Food Court.
