Inclement Weather
If the University closes due to weather or facilities issues, dining service will make all attempts possible to open for limited lunch and dinner on those days. We will open at 11:30am to 1pm for lunch and 4:30 to 6:00pm for dinner. Please understand we will be working in a difficult situation and our staff has traveled on tedious roads to serve you.
Meal hours and Plans
Meal plans are non-transferable and are limited to 5 Equivalency’s a week:
Weekdays
- Breakfast: 7:30am-9:30am
- Continental: 9:30am-11am
- Lunch: 11am-2pm
- Mid Day: 2pm-5pm (Grill, deli and salad bar open)
- Dinner: 5pm-7pm

Weekends
- Brunch: 11:30am-1:30pm
Dinner: 5pm-6:30pm

All you care to eat
When in the dining hall you are welcomed to returning to the cuisine selections as many times as you wish. You are limited to leaving with only one piece of fruit and a single serving of ice cream. Please do not fill back packs with fruit, desserts or any other food item.
Sports bottles will be confiscated if filled with anything other then water.
Meal Plan Cards
Meal cards are non transferable and will be confiscated if used by anyone other then the intended user, and subject to financial responsibility for the meal it was confiscated.
